Removed from a 2000 F-150 Harley Davidson Edition
Color is black, only used on 2000-2003 Harley Davidson Editions and 2003 Heritage Edition
No cracks, has a few very small spots where the black paint has peeled off, though it is very hard to see since the plastic under it is also black
The sensor is included but it is not tested and sold as-is
