description
Wax underbody protection is a solvent-based, bitumen-free coating material as an anti-corrosion agent for vehicle underbody for the repair and post-treatment of all protective coverings. After drying, the waxes and resins contained therein form a closed protective film with excellent adhesion and corrosion protection properties. Due to its good stability, the material can be applied in a layer thickness of up to 1 mm.
application
The surfaces to be treated with wax underbody protection must be cleaned well beforehand. Remove rust. The surfaces must be dry, free of dirt, grease and largely dust. Wax underbody protection can be applied with the pressure cup gun, item no. 6220 or UBS spray gun, item no. 6219 with an operating pressure of 2 - 8 bar, depending on the desired spray pattern. Due to its good stability, the material can be used in layers up to approx. 1 mm can be applied. The processing temperature and the surface temperature to be treated should not be below 10 ° C. Depending on the layer thickness and weather conditions, the vehicle will be ready after approx. Ready to drive again for 2 hours. The final drying takes approx. 12 - 24 hours

Note
Do not spray wax underbody protection on moving and heat-stressed parts such as joints, engines, gears, cardan shafts, exhausts, catalytic converters and brake systems! A blocked pistol can cause the can to burst! The operating instructions for the pistol must be observed! Gun after use with cleaner and thinner item no. 6130 clean!
