This is the best and most complete center console solution for any 2011-2013 Caprice Police (PPV).

It does not use the original factory L shaped black plastic console trim that wraps around the floor shift.  If your vehicle still has this trim, it can be removed by gently tugging on the edges and lift upward to disengage the clips holding it down to the emergency brake pulley frame mounted on the tunnel between the seats.   For vehicles that have an aftermarket police radio/siren box console, it must be removed in preparation to install our kit
