This is a cup holder for a 1988-1991 Honda Civic Sedan and Hatchback. It replaces the stock ashtray located in the radio and converts that space into a convenient cup holder.
This cup holder reuses the front facing plastic cover off of the original ash tray in order to preserve an OEM appearance. It also features a specially designed bracket which gives the cupholder the strength to hold large beverages such as large McDonald's drinks. The design also works well for smaller beverages such as cans of soda and water bottles.
As an EF owner myself I could not stand not having a place to put my drinks. I designed and 3D print these myself and have found it to be extremely useful. So much so that I thought I would put them up for sale to the public.
These parts are 3D printed using durable ABS plastic. Please be aware, 3D printing will not give the same type of finish that many people are used to with a molded part. Please expect things like layer lines, minor zits, and other small anomaly's. None of these affect the end use of the product and are not visible once installed.
Please note that this product only fits the hatchback and sedan that have the console shown in the pictures above! Also the cupholder does not come with an ash tray front, you will need to use your own.
