SHIPPING

Packages are shipped either USPS Ground or FEDEX unless otherwise stated in listing.
Most of my shipments are sent within 24
hours of payment. I do shipping Monday-Friday.
If you pay on Friday afternoon the package will go out Monday. Delivery can take anywhere from 2-7 days depending on where you live.
Tracking information
can be found in the item details page after purchase and EBay will email you the tracking number once I print the label.
I only shipped to the confirmed address you have on ebay and paypal (Please make sure your paypal address is current).

I prefer you send the item back for a full refund unless I have parts or something you need.  If the item is damaged in shipping I will open a claim with the shipping company.
If you feel the item is not as described, please contact me before opening a case with eBay. I can possibly send you parts or we can do an exchange or return for a full refund. I always make sure the buyer is taken care of.
