We love combining shipments, so if you buy multiple items don’t worry we will combine it as long it is possible to fit in one box. If it is not an item set that we can do that with then we cannot combine shipping.

Books, media and anything that is able to go media mail will. Media mail can take up to 4 weeks to arrive.

Baked Goods

If you purchase perishable items such as food, chocolate or baked goods, you must pay the handling fees mandatory for boxing, ice, and other products we may insert in your box.

We are not responsible for any perishable item arriving damaged, destroyed, mangled, spoiled, or not in its original shape. When you purchase a perishable item, it is with the knowledge of understanding this item must be baked, shipped and will be thrown around. No matter how hard we try to keep its shape it may arrive not in its original shape. Please do not ask for refund or returns we will NOT grant them.

If you are buying a used item, be advised your item will arrive with any of the following possibilities: stains, discoloration, color perception issues, snags, scuffs, odor, dust particles, general wear and tear and even the occasional hole or crease. If your item has any of these issues, be advised we have mentioned it here above. When you buy a used or vintage item you must expect the presence of age and use. Please do not ask me for a return on an item clearly states used as its common sense. Any major damage will be mentioned

We are not responsible for odor. Our items ship out of storage units and old houses, we cannot help that and we do not launder items prior to shipping due to allergy issues

Our shipping boxes are generally usps boxes or used recycled boxes, or bags. We are a thrift center focused on recycling everything. Please do not ask me to buy new boxes based on your preference it cannot be done.

If you want your item packaged with additional care by your preference you will have to pay for it. We will post a buy it now with shipping care supply of - depending on your choice and what is being shipped.

Items can go missing, in and out of stock with out notice and also can break during packaging. It is not a reason to leave negative feedback. I am human and I am in a wheel chair, I do it all alone. Sometimes things fall or are purchased in the store without my knowledge – please be kind – I am here making a living and helping others in my community. Please do not punish me for merely being as human as you are!
